Fisting Tips for Beginners

Let me start by saying I’m not an expert on fisting. What I’ve learned about this subject is from watching videos, talking to people who do fist, and by visiting online forums. Why haven’t I tried fisting? Well, it kinda scares me, and I’ve never been with a partner who was both interested and who I would trust enough to go “all in.” Not to say I will never try it, because reading about fisting, did leave me a little curious.

If you’re a fisting virgin like me, but want to try this, here are some tips to keep in mind.

Trusting Partner
Fisting isn’t a first date activity. You’re partner will need to trust you completely before she lets you in. Let her talk about her concerns  as much as she needs to beforehand.

Preparation
Even if your partner produces a lot of natural secretions, it’s always a good idea to have lube nearby. Trim your nails if they’re long, and take off any rings. Some experienced fisters swear by medical gloves (or a condom) for different reasons… less chance of infection and the hand is held in an easy-to-penetrate shape.

Relaxation
Most of the time a tight vagina is appreciated, but with fisting you’ll want your lady to be as relaxed as possible and this includes her vaginal muscles. Things that help… a pre-fisting massage or sex with an orgasm before.

Going In
Slow and steady! And don’t necessarily expect to get all the way in the first time. Again, use lube over your hand or glove, tuck your thumb in, and slowly work four fingers in. You’ll need to do a bit of turning, and rocking back and forth, with no sudden force. Always listen to your partner, how she’s feeling, breathing, and when to back off.

Inside
This can be a very loving intimate time, where you can hold your partner, gently caress, kiss, and enjoy the moment. Ask her how it feels, tell her how it feels for you. Gently flex your hand inside to stimulate circulation. Use your other hand to bring her to orgasm with clitoral stimulation. This will help her relax even more, and make it easier to get out.

Pulling Out
Never just “pull out” or believe me, you will never be allowed back in. Work a finger from your outside hand in to break the suction that has likely occurred. Aside from orgasm relaxation, gently move your hand slowing slowly in order to work its way out.

Infection Prevention
Fisters recommend peeing right after to flush any possible bacteria out as well as drinking cranberry juice or taking cranberry capsules, both of which help prevent urinary tract infections.
