When I first heard about the breeding fetish, I was shocked. I couldn’t believe such a baby-making kink existed and was skeptical that many women were turned on by the possibility of being impregnated. I read stories of couples indulging their seed-planting breeder kinks, unable to comprehend.
How on earth could the very possibility of impregnation, which couples usually avoid, be arousing?
I felt something I seldom feel—judgmental and kink-shaming. How dare people have a breeding kink or be aroused by pregnancy?
I had a good laugh at myself. Not that I’m going to go off the Pill, mind you, or going to stop doing all the things I do every day to outwit mother nature. But I realized it is our ingenuity in stopping the natural outcome of sex that is strange, not arousal at breeding, the idea of the resulting union of intercourse.

In a purely biological sense, and perhaps in other ways too, the pinnacle of sex is not just genital to genital but the actual union of cells and ignition of life.
It’s magic, and if some people feel heightened arousal at this possibility, it actually makes sense.

So yes, there’s a breeder fetish. Many men have a pregnancy kink or lactation fetish, engaging in adult nursing relationships. The breeding kink, however, is specific to the actual impregnation. The idea that your sperm is sparking her egg is arousing.
This impregnation kink is unusual in that it is shared by many women, unlike many other fetishes. This makes a strange kind of sense. On another level, women sacrifice a lot in terms of health and wealth to conceive. We don’t see that as sexual, but it can be—it speaks of the intensity of that desire.

The breeding kink can be profoundly safe and intimate or terribly disturbing, depending on who’s zooming who. The last thing you want to find out is that your one-night stand had a breeding fantasy, and now you’re stuck. Shunning condoms because of a breeding fetish’s power is also dangerous.
