BDSM School for Submissives

I’m curious – how do subs become subs?

Do you think you always had a submissive personality previous to any sexual preference? Did you get involved with a dominant that brought out a submissive side you didn’t know existed but felt good? Maybe you joined a BDSM dating site out of curiosity and found yourself getting turned on by dominant profiles looking for a faithful submissive.

Or . . . did you go to BDSM school to be trained in the art of submission?

What Happens at BDSM School?

An excerpt from an online BDSM school advertising for students interested in studying submission:

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  • Introduce the student to certain aspects, both advantageous and disadvantageous, of being sexually submissive to those they identify as worthy of sexual submission.
  • Instruct the student to gain the intellectual and emotional tools necessary to identify the type of person to be submissive to, the traits in evaluating to whom they prefer to be sexually vulnerable and submissive.
  • Introduce the student and enable them to attain specific levels of competence in certain specific sexual acts, practices and techniques that are commonly associated with sexual submission.
  • Help students to identify their ideal level of immersion into sexual submission. For those successful who complete this course and would like to explore deeper forms of sexual submission beyond the intended scope of this introductory course, additional courses of instruction are available to study intermediate or advanced topics in sexual obedience and sexual submission.

These objectives sounded well and good, but the ad was three pages and went in depth into the mode of training which included a hands-on training (punishment included for disobedience) with an instructor that would take place in residencies, motels, cars, parks, and other public places.

I wasn’t sure what to make of it, if it’s something I would trust. I wondered if it was about the student or just a ruse dominants used to find willing and eager inexperienced submissives.
