6 Kinky Breast Play Tips and Tricks

Woman Unclasping Bra

As so many people can attest, boobs can be a lot of fun—for those with them and for those who get permission to play with them—but what can add an extra-hot level of pleasure is when you mix in a little kink.

With that in mind, here are some breast play basics on how you can use some BDSM play to ramp up the heat. I’ve also included a few critical reminders to keep your play not only steamy, but also safe.

6 Kinky Breast Play Tips

1. Practice SSC

Before doing anything with anyone at any time when it involves BDSM, remember to keep it safe, sane, and consensual (SSC). Keep your play Safe (both physically as well as emotionally), Sane (both of you have your heads screwed on straight and can act without impairment), and Consensual (you both unequivocally agree to whatever is going to happen.)

2. Know that Not All Boobs Are Created Equal

Even though you’ve done something with one woman’s tits, don’t make the supposition that the same thing will have the same result with a different person. Always negotiate boundaries and limits, keep communication open, and treat every new boob as unique as the person it belongs to.

3. Start Slow

Rather than reaching for those erotically terrifying nipple clamps you’ve been itching to try, begin by doing things carefully and patiently. For example, use your fingers first, then something you probably already have around the house—clothespins!

Even with simple clothespins, don’t just snap them onto nipples without testing them on other areas of flesh that aren’t as sensitive. Also, remember that clothespins will smart more coming off the longer you leave them on.

A great technique is to make a fan of them by following the natural contour of the breast, which you can then flick with a finger or even knock off to up the sensory power. Remember too that the wooden variety are a one-person toy—they cannot be effectively sterilized. Not a huge worry, though, as they are cheap to pick up.

4. Try Suction

This can be a blast for breast-play fans, and if you want to use a toy—rather than, say, a mouth—devices to do this very thing are also quite affordable. Do try to stay away from glass toys or cups, however, as the risk of broken glass is not worth the aesthetic.

5. Experiment with Wax

This one is high on the intensity scale and should not be attempted unless you practice and/or take workshops. First and foremost, do not use anything but emergency candles which are very soft and melt easily. The reason for this is that colored, scented, or any other candle—especially votives or decorative candles—burn VERY hot and can give an extremely nasty burn.

The fun thing about safety candles is that when the wax first hits it is as intense as it’s going to get—the wax subsequently builds up, forming an insulating layer. This way the sensation can go from a sharp spike to something akin to a warming massage. And, f you’re careful, you might have a nipple mold at the end as a keepsake.

6. Chill out with Cold Sensations

Conversely, you can use a bit of ice to change how the breast reacts to stimulation. This one is a lot safer, compared to using a candle, but cold can make breasts almost too sensitive for some.

If it does get to be too much, just warm up the breast or nipple with a heated towel or by massaging it gently, though not too roughly as that can make it ache all that much more.

There are all kinds of things that can be pleasantly and intensely done with breasts and nipples—far too many to list here, so let your imagination fly.

Have fun, but always stay in contact with who you are playing with—before, during, and after. By doing this you both will have a good time with happy smiles, and even happier breasts and nipples!
